iO wants to attract and retain talent (the vanguards/trendsetters) of Gen Z, and be a source of inspiration for the industry and its customers. To achieve this, iO must appeal to this target group intrinsically, without it being a trick or a wafer-thin layer – but pure and sincere and with the right knowledge and insights.

We’ve created a strategy and program based on the values of iO Campus Amsterdam, focused on opening up their campus culture to an even wider variety of people. One of the tangible results is an event (concept, production and programming) for iO Campus Amsterdam. A blend of art installations (Boris Acket, Benjamin Muzzin & Bogomir Doringer), todays biggest DJ’s (FullCrate, Frankie Sticks & Nathifa Efia) and keynote speakers in tech and design (Anthony Harrison).
